Congratulations to Super Junior’s Siwon for being the first Korean celebrity to surpass 4 million followers on Twitter!
As of 8 am on the 1st of April, Siwon’s follower count on his
personal Twitter account reached 4,018,648 followers, making him the
first ever Korean celebrity to pass this number.
Following closely behind were Super Junior’s Donghae, followed by
Psy, Big Bang’s G-Dragon, Super Junior’s Yesung and Leeteuk and then
Miss A’s Suzy.
One of the reasons why Siwon’s Twitter is so popular could be the
fact that his account is rather culture-friendly, and allows for fans
from all over the world to interact with him and keep updated about his
current whereabouts.
For example in the past, he has uploaded pictures of himself with
other internationally recognized celebrities, such as film director
Steven Spielberg and fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld.
