[LIST] 6 Chinese Idols Who Have Left The K-Pop Industry
1. Han Geng (Hankyung), formerly of Super Junior
Han Geng left Super Junior in 2009, four years after debuting as a member of SM Entertainment's first megagroup.
During Super Junior's debut era, Han Geng faced visa restrictions that kept him from performing on all Korean television channels with Super Junior. As a solution, Han Geng wore a mask and hat to hide his appearance and was mistaken as Super Junior's backup dancer until another member of Super Junior, Heechul, unmasked Han Geng mid performance to raise light to the situation.
The visa restrictions were later eased, but the mishandling of Han Geng's visa became a part of his 2009 contract termination lawsuit against SM Entertainment. Based on unfair treatment, illegal "slave contract" conditions, discrimination, and being forced into certain situations against his will, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of Han Geng's claims in 2010. SM Entertainment announced a plan to appeal the decision, and in 2011 the two sides came to a mutual agreement and ended all legally binding contracts.
Han Geng has since pursued an acting and singing career in China, and appeared in the Hollywood film "Transformers: Age of Extinction" in 2014.

5-6. Daeryong and Soryong of TASTY
On July 15, the twin duo TASTY announced that it was leaving Woollim Entertainment to pursue a career in China. The two sides had a public back and forth, where Woollim claimed that TASTY was not in communication with the company, while TASTY claimed that they spoke to the company and left after they were unfairly treated.
TASTY debuted under Woollim Entertainment in 2012, and last made a Korean comeback in 2013. In 2014, the pair released a single in China.

[LIST] 15 K-pop Groups That Made Their Fans Cry When They Lost Members
The K-pop world has seen a lot of turmoil in the past few months as members have left groups and controversies have ensued. With the latest news that Seulong and Jinwoon will not be renewing their contracts with JYPE, putting 2AM's fate up in the air, many fans are left wondering what, or rather who, will be next. Here are 15 K-pop groups that made us sad when they lost members.
2AM: Seulong & Jinwoon
While JYPE has stated the ballad group is not disbanding because "they will always be 2AM," Seulong and Jinwoon have decided not to renew their contracts and move to different companies. Multi-company groups are nonexistent for a reason — things get too complicated financially — but fans can hold on to hope. The last time a group separated without disbanding was Shinhwa, and, although it took several years, they just released a new album last month. Let's hope 2AM can be as successful.
MBLAQ: Lee Joon & Thunder
In December 2014, it was announced that Lee Joon and Thunder would not be renewing contracts with J.Tune Camp, effectively turning MBLAQ from a 5-member group into three. Lee Joon wants to focus on his acting, while their legal representative stated Thunder wants to focus on his music studies. Fan of the group will be happy to know MBLAQ will be continuing on with the remaining members, Seungho, Mir, and G.O, and will release a new album early this year.

After School: Soyoung
Soyoung left After School in 2009, being the first member to leave, and a founding one at that. While she left the pursue her acting career, which brought her roles in Dream High 2 and Panda & Hedgehog, her departure marked the first of several line-up changes for the group.

T-ara: Hwayoung & Ahreum
Hwayoung left the group in 2012, and after her departure rumors of bullying by the company's CEO surfaced. Although Hwayoung and the remaining members claimed netizens blew the whole story out of proportion, it took some time before Hwayoung explained that she left because of disagreements between herself and the rest of the group. Ahreum's departure was announced via a video that the company released in July 2013. They claimed she left to pursue a solo career; however, neither she nor Hwayoung have been heard from since.

U-KISS is also a group that constantly evolves as members come and go, but it was particularly heartbreaking when Dongho chose to leave the group in 2013. [LIST] 12 Foreigners That Forged Their Way Into Korea
Nichkhun, 2PM
Nichkhun is the first idol when someone says 'foreigner.' The man is all kinds of attractive and he has made a name for himself as the "Thai Prince."

Of course immediately following that is the lovely Victoria, former on-screen wife of Nichkhun and generally amazing leader of f(x). Her beauty has guaranteed her as someone to remember, and if not that then how about her freakish flexibility?

The Chinese-American born girl enters KPOP and become the iconic tomboy. Say what? There is a lot going on for Amber that you just can't pass up on knowing!
Henry, Super Junior M
Since we're on a Chinese SM idol roll, Henry cannot be forgotten. It's amazing to see him bloom from the "plus one" in Suju M to seeing him as a solo act. Plus - he's from Toronto, Canada!
Fei, Miss A
Continuing on the Korean-Chinese idols is Miss A's Fei. She was known for being the leader of her group but has now branched out to make a name for herself by appearing on Dancing With the Stars and Master Chef Korea Celebrity.
Jia, Miss A
Fellow band mate to Fei, Jia comes from China and fast became popular for her amazing popularity and amazing dance moves. That and her amazing pink hair!
Takuya Terada, CROSS GENE
Slipping in my bias here. I really admire Takuya mainly because it seems particularly hard for Japanese born individuals to make it into the Korean scene. But Takuya is a loveable goof that had been hanging around the KPOP circle before become a member of rookie group CROSS GENE.
Ricky Kim
So there are foreign individuals outside of KPOP in Korea! Ricky Kim is an American who wrangled into the Korean scene with with modelling and acting. He is ridiculously handsome and to add to his ego and amazing athlete. He really became popular as he showed off his amazing athleticism in Let's Go Dream Team and Laws of the Jungle.

Another ridiculously good looking hunk of man is Julian Kang, an actor that has appeared in popular T.V. series like High Kick and more recently To Beautiful You. He also was on We Got Married a few months ago showing off his gentlemanly ways.
Natthew
Natthew has officially debuted in Korea on T.V. show Monstar. He has also been invited various variety programs such as Let's Go Dream Team.

Hangeng
Hangeng is the first idol 'foreigner' but he also opens up a pack of angsty fangirl feels. Despite not being in the Korean scene any longer he has made a big name for himself back home in China. But for one will never forget his Kpop side!
