ran a survey through Tillion research service (www.tillionpanel.com),
gathering 10,023 votes for the best idol collaboration or project unit.
Thirty-nine percent of the votes came from netizen in their 30s, 19% in
their 20s, 1% in their teens, 26% in their 40s, 10% in their 50s, and 5%
in their 60s and above. Fourty-eight percent of the participants were
males, while 52% were females.
Eleven groups were nominated and ranked according to the number of
votes received.
1. Trouble Maker - 2262 votes (22.6%)
4Minute‘s HyunA and BEAST‘s Jang Hyun Seung make up this co-ed duo. With their sexy choreography and controversial music videos, yes, this group knows how to stir trouble.
2. SISTAR19 - 1585 votes (15.8%)
A sub-unit of SISTAR composed of members Hyorin and Bora. With one body roll, we’ve been mesmerized forever.
3. Soyu x Junggigo - 1474 votes (14.7%
Composed of male singer Junggigo and SISTAR’s Soyu, who has made her
collaborations a hit every single time. Her work with rapper Mad Clown produced the runaway hit “Stupid Love.”
4. GD & TOP - 1085 votes (10.8%)
Leave it up to this unit from BIGBANG to take you high, high.
5. Toheart - 929 votes (9.3%)
Infinite’s Woohyun and SHINee’s Key make up this fun duo. These
long-time friends debuted as a unit less than a month ago, knowing how
to take their friendship and make it shine on screen.
6. Orange Caramel - 918 votes (9.2%)
This sub-unit from After School is composed of Raina, Lizzy, and Nana. Their concepts are a little strange and a little over-the-top, but always eye-catching.
7. TaeTiSeo - 643 votes (6.4%)
Tiffany, Seohyun, and Taeyeon from Girls’ Generation make up this blindingly beautiful sub-unit. We need a comeback soon!
8. Super Junior K.R.Y. - 459 votes (4.6%)
This is Super Junior’s ballad unit composed of members Yesung, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun bringing us a mesmerizing harmony of voices.
9. Rainbow Blaxx - 267 votes (2.7%)
Jaekyung, Woori, Seungah, and Hyunyoung make up Rainbow Blaxx, the sexy and seductive side of Rainbow.
10. Infinite H - 217 votes (2.2%)
Dongwoo and Hoya from Inifinite come together for their preferred genre of music, hip hop.
11. Super Junior T - 185 votes (1.8%)
Super Junior T specialized in a genre not too familiar to the younger generations, trot, and gives it a younger, hipper twist. Leeteuk, Heechul, Kangin, Shindong, Sungmin, and Eunhyuk make up this group.
